Terms of Service

1. The Service

Shifo is a cloud CRM/EMR platform for clinics and doctors: patient scheduling, calendars, medical records, finance, laboratory, inventory and analytics. The available features depend on the selected plan.

2. Account and access

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure.
• You must not share access with third parties unless necessary and must manage your staff’s permissions appropriately.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, infringe the rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the platform or upload malicious code. You must comply with the law, including when processing patient data.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are provided on a subscription basis. Prices and plan contents are listed on the website and may change with prior notice. Paid periods are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in a separate agreement.

5. Clinic and patient data

The data you enter into the system remains yours. Shifo processes it solely to provide the Service and in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawful collection and processing of patient data in your clinic.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to the platform, its code, design and trademarks belong to Shifo. A subscription does not transfer any rights to the product itself, other than the right to use it within the selected plan.

7. Availability and support

We strive to keep the Service stable but do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance may occur; we notify you in advance whenever possible.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Shifo is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

9. WhatsApp and Instagram integrations

Clinics can connect their WhatsApp Business and Instagram accounts to Shifo through Meta’s official login and disconnect them at any time. When using the integrations, the clinic follows the rules of WhatsApp, Instagram and Meta. WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta at its own rates, separately from the Shifo subscription.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the updated Terms.
